Boiled peanuts are a open slate to add you own taste

I add the usual spices salt, white pepper, garlic powder, 1/4 cup of Baileys Irish cream and 2 teaspoon of sugar. Now this is a Yankee way but. Please do not tell anybody, we can cook them north of the Mason Dixon line.
