Yes, you can freeze green peanuts. You can also freeze boiled peanuts.

If you don't boil green peanuts immediately, it is particularly important to refrigerate or freeze them. Moist peanuts can develop mold if they are not refrigeratored or frozen.

Aspergillus flavus, and Aspergillus parasiticus are common molds which can produce aflatoxin when green peanuts are stored without refrigeration or freezing.

So if I freeze my green peanuts, do I let them thaw before I boil them or too them into boiling water?
