Reboiling Boiled Peanuts
by: Bret

Bruce,
Yes you can reboil boiled peanuts the next day.

I often reboil peanuts especially when trying new spice blends. When you reboil them, if you don't have the original liquid then add salt and other flavors that you want in the final taste of your boiled peanuts.

Remember, the longer that you boil the peanuts, the softer they will become. Taste early, taste often. Also, let the boiled peanuts soak in the seasoned liquid as they cool to saturate the peanuts with the juicy flavor as they cool.
