How do people dispose of the brine they used for chicken, turkey, corned beef, fish, and other foods?

They pour it down the sink. According to this article, brine may be good for sink reducing odors in sink drains.

I cook outside in my driveway. The brine goes the same place, in the driveway.

I cook mine on a patio slab out back. I pour the brine on the rocks around the fire pit. Between the salt and the Cajun spices, it keeps the weeds from growing, lol.
