I have raw Valencia peanuts, is this the right variety for boiling?

 Peanut varieties for boiling

Valencia peanuts are great for boiling! They are very flavorful, and have several peanuts inside each shell.

All raw peanut varieties can be boiled. Some people prefer boiling Virginia jumbo peanuts, but I personally like Valencia's, and sweet Georgia runners.
