After boiling peanuts must they be refrigerated if I don't plan to eat them until the net day?

Yes, you should refrigerate or freeze boiled peanuts, just as you would with cooked beans. Boiled peanuts will spoil if left at room temperature, due to their high moisture content. Refrigerated boiled peanuts will be good for up to 10 days. Frozen boiled peanuts are good for many months.
